Default NL10, Overpair on paired, flush draw board

Villain 20/13/2.5 over 50 or so hands

I need help on all streets here because I was lost the whole way. I'll give me thoughts on flop/turn below. (preflop standard, right?)

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 9 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $8.45
BB: $10.15
UTG: $15.65
UTG+1: $6.35
MP1: $14.40
MP2: $9.60
MP3: $11.00
CO: $5.95
BTN: $9.40

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (9 Players)
5 folds, CO raises to $0.30, BTN folds, Hero calls $0.25, BB folds

Flop: ($0.70) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50

Thought: No way he hit this, he's cbetting and I'm calling.

Turn: ($1.70) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $1.40, Hero raises to $6.00, CO calls all-in for $3.75
Uncalled bet of $0.85 returned to Hero

Thought: What hand raises preflop, bets flop, and leads turn when flush card comes, AXs? There are many cbet hands that do this that I am ahead of as well, right? Anyhow, reraise is because with my overpair and his $3 behind I'm calling pretty much all river bets anyway. Goot?

River: ($12) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

Pot Size: $12.00 ($1.20 Rake)

I check raise flop, folding to a 3bet push with these stack sizes. His stats arent crazy so as played I dont mind folding the turn. I think check raising all in on the turn is spew. I expect to see TT+ a lot here.

Pretty sure you re up against a bigger pair, maybe containing a spade like KsKx. I like thehempy's line...

If you think he's FOS 3-bet preflop or raise the flop. Yes there are many c-bets that do this, but his range really narrows when leads on that ugly turn. The turn C/R is spew cause he's not laying down anything that beats you getting over 2to1 to call. In fact I doubt he's betting this turn with anything that doesn't beat you. Certainly not almost potting it.

If you are sure ("no way"), wouldn´t it be wiser to raise? If you have him beat now, he certainly shouldn´t see another card.

Capt/WTL - So you both are basically saying that if I am so confident why not raise him. Is it a given that check/call flop to induce a check behind on turn is < EV then raising flop to induce a fold on flop? I really do not know so am looking for help here.

I much prefer a raise pre-flop then a flop check raise. If you 3bet pre-flop and he 4bets you can easily fold.

If you c/r the flop and he calls your left with a [censored] decision on the turn when your first too act. I hate playing good-medium hands OOP so i always try and take the pot down from the blinds pre-flop.

Teddie - If I 3bet preflop to say 1.30 I'm seeing river automatically given CO stack size, right?

I'd 3bet to $0.90 and fold too a shove. Given his stats, i doubt he shoving with a lower PP's so your either miles behind or a coinflip. If Villan was more donkish i'd be happy to get it all in, but not against this fella.
