Default NL25 QQ on paired flop

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($24.70)
Hero ($24.75)
BB ($28.55)
UTG ($27.05)
MP ($37.95)
CO ($12.15)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $3.

Flop: ($8.25) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $7</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $20.7</font>, Hero ???

Villain was tight with 16 VPIP and 9 PFR after 132 hands. Should I just call or fold in this sitaution? Could he push a Jack or 99 or TT?

I don't think he's pushed with anything you're beating, assuming he's playing reasonably tight as per his stats. Theoretical fold, I know I'd probably call and spew anyway...
No way he has an a solitary 8, more likely AA,KK,JJ I'd say, but I'm a donk tho

With villain's stats, I think your crushed here. I would let this go.
