Default NL100 QQ faces AI on turn paird board.

Villain is new to me and I sat in at the table
for about 2 orbits.
He's played almost every hand since I sat down and seems pretty fishy. This isnt the first time he open minraises either.

But Im still not to sure im ahead here. So am I gonna pay off KK+ or x9?

try minraising flop and bet turn prolyl fold to ck raise. if he leads out all in turn thats pretty sketchy he prolly has it .. pick a different spot when u figure out what kind of player youre against. youve only gone about 2 orbits so...

Well if he has J9 then you should fold of course. It's important to be results-oriented.
