Top Chef - 08/29

Well, looks like tonights is a filler with 4 chefs from season 1 (which I missed) vs season 2. Without knowing the talent on season 1, I'd have to say that team from season 2 would be hard to beat. What's with Sam supposedly having a restaurant in NYC showcasing gourmet burgers and casual food?? Seriously. Anyone from NYC and know anything about this? What a waste IMO... I love this show.....

I'm going to have to rent season 1 since it seems they were better.

And yeah, you really, really have to. If you liked season 2, I think season 1 is going to blow you away. I think (at least) the top 4 from season 1 are far and away better chefs than anyone from the second.

Granted, anything can happen in a one time cook off.
