I don't think that will really has much relevance to the hand, but yea bet what you'd normally bet on this flop which should be in that amount.

In reality, it's marginal. I try to feel out how he's been playing and go with my gut instinct here. There's no way to know just from 24/14 that his hand is either a 9 or not without more history.

Sometimes, I'll fold and take note if I see him being aggro later on and adjust accordingly.
