Looks good but villain has really an easy push on the river given that you checked the turn + river.

Anyway I have no other suggestion except maybe bettin the turn again but you beat the only hands he might fold, imo, so there is no point doing that.

Also sometime, c/c the flop shows more strengh than a cbet.
