Default full tilt uber laggy and unplayable

So, this started for me a while ago when i clicked the automuck hands feature, and as soon as i clicked that, the software was jammy, and jolted and was super slow and laggy. Then about a month later i pressed another feature thing, like display avatars, and this laggyness insta stops and the software is running smooth again, then like 2 weeks ago i press something else and now its all laggy and stupid again, any ideas how to stop this? thanks in advance.

It is obvious from your experiences the solution to stop this is to press something else.

well actually I did 2 things.

1) go into display properties, advanced, and set all your directx opengl stuff to optimize performance.

2) run the program "dxdiag.exe" which is on your computer and click "disable" on everything you can.

I'm not sure which of these made a difference or if there really is any difference but it seems like it.
