crazypoker or cakepoker?

I am deciding on which one to sign up at, can anyone give me any details or reasons why one is better than the other. I know Crazy offers a possible $1000 sign up bonus while cake offers a $500 sign up bonus. They both seem good and i can't decide.

no, I wanted to know which site people preferred, the bonus doesn't mean much to me.

Cakes not too bad. Software is terrible but a lot of fish at the lower limits. Their 100% bonus clears fast since it uses the FT point method.

Could you please explain this. Is it something like Partys old system?
A few more questions about Cake:

US friendly?
Is the traffic god enough to multitable the $25 and $50 FR tables any time?
Do they offer rakeback?
