n00b w/ pokertracker

hi. I am about to get pokertracker. I just finished my free sample (1000 free hands), and I don't know how anyone can play without this program. I play MTT's and SNG's, and I'm wondering what is the best HUD to use with pokertracker when I really don't play any ring games. Sorry I have no idea how to use HUD yet but I have an idea of how it works - - just no idea where to download it/how much it costs (if any, I have no idea about this stuff). I tried searching it but I know if I come here you guys will take me straight to the best thing for me. Thanks.
