Default AKs post flop line

A hand played by a friend of mine that he asked me about. Interested to see what people think both about the postflop line he took and, as played, the river decision given villain's likely range.

Villain in the hand is unknown. Note also that it's 9 handed.

Fold, you don't beat [censored] + its full ring. BTW, raise to like 18-21 preflop.

I think betting the flop sucks, how is this not a WA/WB situation? What do you expect to get value from?

Either flat call or 3bet more preflop (like 20).

Anyways, flop and turn seem fine to me, fold river.

i don't like it on every street

raise more PF, to at least 18, i would usually make it 20 or 22. i would Cbet the flop, it is too wet to give free cards. i would also have to call a shove as we have ok equity against his range. we have 4 nut outs, and an A or K if he has QJ

i don't mind the turn call, because by shoving here we are scaring off hands we have beat, and also our equity is much lower now with only 1 card left.

now that he shoves the river, i think we have to fold, there are too many hands that have us beat
