8R FT, 3/5, Need help with chopping

Tourney 59099067, Id 'linf3'. Can some one help me with chopping. My AIM id is 'linuxrocks1'. The shortie is pestering for chop, but others are not responding. What's the usual deals on chopping. I have read the chopping info. before, but don't have much experience.
