FTP wire cashouts, a unique experience?
Why is it that if I request a wire cashout from FTP and PS on the same day, the funds are in my bank account from pokerstars before fulltilt even acknowledges that they even received my request? one time they told me that the person who handles wires is away. Is it possible they only have one person for this? The next time they told me they never received my initial request. I've been writing them every day for 5 days now and no reply. Any ideas?

Re: FTP wire cashouts, a unique experience?
I've done two wires from FTP.
First time it was like you're describing, took 3-4 days before they acknowledged my request. Once they did and took the money from my account I had it fast. Second time was a couple weeks ago, and they acknowledged my request in less than a day, money again there just as fast after acknowledgement. Dunno what determines the response time. Maybe they do some checking on your account the first time, or it's just the luck of the draw of response time? |

Re: FTP wire cashouts, a unique experience?
6 days, 6 emails, no response. support claims that wire transfers is dealing with a higher than normal request volume but WTF. this is a company that handles millions of dollars. can you imagine if you couldn't use your online banking because of higher volume of requests. The wire department should at least respond to me informing me of why they are delayed. IMO this is terrible business by FTP.

Re: FTP wire cashouts, a unique experience?
I got a PM from FTPDoug a couple days saying he would look into it. A few hours later I got an email from the wire transfer dept. Filled out the request form yesterday, and my funds have already been removed and cashout is being processed. Thanks FTPDoug! I'm sure one of those new $1060 tokens will more then make up for the hassles. Ya Right...
