I have 2 questions here :
1) In position I would have called his flop raise and call or raised a turn bet.
My problem was that, out of position, I didn't want to risk a check/check on the turn and I wanted to keep the initiative.
Maybe a call and a turn donk was better ?
Or just a call and a check on the turn ?

2) my river bet.
His check on the turn was really strange, especially because he had position, and could not fear a check behind.
A check was better ?
TWTWP, can I find a fold here ?

This seems to be the nuts pretty much always, I always convince myself that it's a missed draw or some other weird crap and call though.

1) I OOP you have to 3-bet the flop, in position I'd probably mix it up a bit.

2) I usually check this river after his weird flop-turn play. I can't fold to the river raise.

Good river bet. Make him pay to showdown his QQ. That he checked behind such a monster is just stupidity on his part. Unless he is really convinced you would only play aces or jacks this way, and try to trap him for a c/r, but in that case his river raise is retarded. So either way his play was stupid, and you simply lost what you would've lost had he just bet. I would just b/c the river and not worry too much about it. His play suggests a weak hand that wants a cheaper showdown, possibly in combination with a draw.

I don't really like the flop 3-bet, but I don't see many good alternatives... Well, you could call, and check/call the turn and bet/call the river. So I think the hand was fine overall.

I am glad to see I am not the only one who thinks the flop is overplayed.

I would just call his flop raise and play WA/WB. If you suspect he is on a free card play you can donk the turn, you dont have to 3-bet the flop to prevent that play.

I call the river and say to myself that it would have cost me the same had he bet the turn and river with his monster. Setup, next hand.

Flop 3ball seems insanely easy there.
As others have stated, villian plays bad.

I would bet the turn. I think you are overvalueing his flop cap. As others have mentioned it could be for a free card, or just with an A because he plays bad. Also the turn card put you ahead of AJ.

As played I would call the river. His raise is so weird that it has to be some kind of stupid bluff once in a while.
