Re: NL cash 100 QQ vs flop check-raise, ace on board
You said villain has gotten out of line w/ this move - does that include the river bet? If yes I'm calling, if not I'm reluctantly folding. I can't see villain weakly bluffing 3 streets.

Re: NL cash 100 QQ vs flop check-raise, ace on board
here's the other cr hand I was thinking of during this one. Obviously the situation is different, but this is the closest situation we played during the session.
No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 2 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter) BB: $108.20 Hero (SB): $186.75 Preflop: Hero is dealt 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players) <font color="red">Hero raises to $3.00</font>, BB calls $2.00 Flop: ($6) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players) BB checks, Hero checks Turn: ($6) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players) BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $4.00</font>, <font color="red">BB raises to $8.00</font>, Hero calls $4.00 River: ($22) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players) <font color="red">BB bets $15.00</font>, Hero calls $15.00 Pot Size: $52.00 ($0.50 Rake) BB had 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ([4s 8s] a pair of Nines) and LOST (-$26.00) Hero had 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (two pair, Kings and Nines) and WON (+$25.50) |

Re: NL cash 100 QQ vs flop check-raise, ace on board
I'd say that along with getting nearly 3.5:1 on my money makes me want to call in OP. It's still close though - I have to think he has like a2o here often
edit: my only other concern is betsizing. In the hand he bluffed on, he bet 2/3 pot on the river. In OP he's betting half pot or less. |
