Just got scammed whats my line.

Basicly I was buying a character (account) for an online game I wanted to play once in a while. After 20 mins of talking I payed him and he immidiately logged off scammed me obviously. Now I got his phonenumber which I know is his cause we talked briefly. I told him before paying him that 179 usd was nothing to me but if he scammed me ill track him down whatever way I can and make his life hell even if it cost me a couple of K.

So I got his number : 3054325006 (Florida, Miami)
His so called name : Alex Bermudez
His MSN : Alex545497@hotmail.com

So BBV whats my line? How do I find out were he lives, what his real name is etc and what I do to make his life a living hell, willing to spend money on this way more then he scammed me for.

Yea he might have used # number of a friend but that doesnt matter as long as I can find out who the number belongs to I know the real name of either him or somebody who knows him and can work from there to find the info to either call his school, work or family... Just have to know who the 305 432-5006 number is registred to.
