Default Is This Line Ever OK...WPT Legends

I guess I'm looking for some support for the line I took in this hand. For whatever reason, I talked myself into checkraising instead of leading out here because I thought it looked stronger. In retrospect, leading is so much better because it allows me to put him to the test with a 3bet all-in. Please don't flame for the loose PF open.

I am below average in tonight's WPT Legends in LA with 21600 chips at 3/600 (75) with the average around 37000. I find K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] in third position and make it 1600. A guy who I think is kind of a clown calls in MP. He has been at the table a short period of time and opened twice preflop, both for ridiculous amounts of 2200 and 3200 respectively. Anyway, the others fold and the two of us take a flop of A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. I checked and he bet 2500 into 4775. I promptly raised to 8500. He said the dreaded "I'll put you all-in," and I obv have to call of my last 11500.

He showed me A5dd, and I bricked.

SS

EDIT: Tried to put results in white, but I'm a fugging n00b and can't figure it out.
