Default 300/600 hand Antonius v Shrugby

An interesting hand Patrik wrote about in his blog.

Patrik with $212,033
Shrugby with $99,297

Shrugby raises to 1800 from the button
Patrik makes it 5400 with 5c6c
Shrugby reraises to 16200
Patrik calls

flop: 3c 8h 6s

patrik checks, Shrugby bets 18800, patrik goes all-in

What do you think about this play? doesn't it seem pretty maniac, Patrik calls a reraise which is 1/7 of his stack out of position with 65s, I would like to know what you guys hink about the hand.

donkish call of a 4 bet imo but if he plans to call with a range that includes hands like this then he has to be playing flops like these just like this

Yea I guess postflop is good, but the preflop is what I don't understand, I mean that 5200 raise is already sort of a bluff/for deception, but just calling a reraise? wouldnt it be better to just push when you represent such a hand
