Default NL50: Flopped bottom set, get turn c/r by the initial raiser

So yeah, worst month I've had playing poker. Trying to plug leaks. Is this call spew or just more variance?

Besides raise flop, anyone else play it differently? No reads on villian. Obviously in my mind, I know there's a distinct possibility I'm beat. . is an inability to fold sets a leak?

I think you played it fine. I don't see a problem with just calling the flop at all.

If his range is only AA/KK/AK you should play for stacks. That should answer your questions.

I think the flop is okay actually, but bet a little more on the turn, say $12. I don't see the problem here actually, you want the money in here.

And if in doubt, DON'T fold a set.
