Yeah I like folding here. You might be looking at JJ but generally I think its a set/slow pair that they've donk min raise then decided to donk into you on the turn.

Preflop is spot on I think. Flop, you could bet 3 here to make any possible raiser really show their strength.

I guess we're rooting for AT here, and I can't imagine him playing AT like that. Fold. (No problems with the rest of this hand.)

If you're going to fold on the turn to a bet, don't call on the raise on the flop. There's no chance that the turn improved Villain's hand, so I don't understand your play.

If you called on the flop hoping to spike a Q on the turn, you made a mistake.

I'd generally bet a little more on the flop and either re-raise Villain's bet on the flop or try to get it all in on the turn assuming no A, K, or T comes.

My main question is do you guys prefer to reraise the flop to see where your at or call/re-eval. I think the turn fold is pretty standard.

BTW Klopzi, really the only draw got there on the turn.

I wouldn't worry about the draw. Many Villains would bet top pair this strongly in an attempt to stop you from connecting with overcards on the river.

The flop was perfect for you. I don't think you should really be questioning whether you're behind on the flop.

In any case, if you're going to call Villain's raise on the flop, you shouldn't then fold to his bet on the turn. Your play screams overcards and Villain may overplay his AT or KT in this situation.

If we raise flop then we have to call an all in for $5 more. Which I hate because then we pay off every hand that beats us...

i personally like a shove on the flop. i just dont see why we r giving this guy credit for a set and a set alone. AT and KT as well as numerous random hands call a shove.

but if u r planning to fold tha turn im not a fanof calling the raise on the flop. a complete blank hit and we dump it. how come???

There is no way I'm folding this against an unknown - why does he have to have a set? Stack-a-donk.

okay time to come clean. I shoved the turn and got stacked by KK. I was talking to a poker friend about this hand and he said "fold teh turn it's obv. one pair is no good." I thought that was a little weak tight and so does the majority of 2+2.

Thanks for the input.
