Dont know about NL50, but at NL10 and 20 that's a set more often than not; 9-10s/8-9s are also possible. Definately not a draw that got there.
I am awful, and therefore I would call trying to see a cheap showdown - I just hate the miniraise and hate laying down AA to minimal resistance. Probably folding is the way to go.

Seems push or fold to me.

I don't have a great feeling about this. I don't believe he has a straight, but he may have picked up a pair+straight draw which seems like it is about the best we can hope for here.

It very well could be a set or two pair. We have like 8 outs against two pair, but only 2 vs. a set.

Seems silly to fold to such a small raise, but i'm thinking it is probably the right thing to do.

Could also be a combo draw (FD + OESD) w/ AJs. So the min raise could be aggressive betting on a dangerous board. Best part about making this play if you're the villan...you can bet any heart & represent the flush & have lots of fold equity.

This is a real gut check board & villan has a VERY big stack & may be willing to gamble that a scare card (or a true out) comes on 5th.

At this level I've found that most players do not bluff-raise their big draws. Absent a read to the contrary, if they're making big bets, they almost always have big hands. You've shown strength on all streets so he has no reason to think you're folding to his min raise. He's trying to get more money in the pot and expects you to call. In fact, I'd be more likely to call a push than a min-raise in this situation. (Which seems weird)

I'm gritting my teeth and laying this down most of the time.

I was going to post an almost identical hand. Yes, I think this is usually a set against an unknown at this level.
