FTP 13.5k guarantee late ATo on button

21 left, blinds 800/1600 ante 200. Just got moved to this table so no reads. 8 people at my table.

CO: 31k in chips
Me (button): 48k chips
Blinds: each like 20kish

Folds to CO, who opens to 4800. I'm on the button with ATo. My stack is 48k; I 3bet to 15 with the intent to call a push obv. I'm pretty sure this is an awful resteal with the stack sizes, but my hand plays like ass postflop and I didn't want to fold. What do you guys think.

Without any reads I fold here (in the blinds I'd maybe think about pushing). If the CO continues to open from LP it's an easy shove.

Yea I'd fold too. Just not a good spot. What place are you in in the tournament? And what's the average stack?

Oh, I push this all the time. You have a good restealing size and a pretty strong hand against a CO raise.

why is this hand any different in the blinds? as you still got 2 to act? doesn't seem to make that much difference to me.

I'd probably just push this straight up for table image and a nice little 7k golden handshake. although it is readless i think you have a lot of FE and he also has no reads on you.
