2 flush draws, but does he have an 8 or 6 ? I was thinking call but I don't know.

If you bet the turn you are calling the AI. Its way more liekly he has 99-KK then a random 8 or 6 here.

I think a turn check may get more value though. If he bets the river I prob shove

I don't know how bright villian is, but I don't know how many flushes I draw to on a double paired board.

i just call anything <$40 or so

I agree that his range includes overpairs where it's fine to call here but i think checking behind and calling (or betting $35ish if he checks) is better.

If you bet the turn you have to call the shove.

I also think that checking the turn gets more value FWIW.
