Default Post Your Firefox Extensions

There's been a thead or two on this in the past, but so many of those extensions are obsolete these days, time for a new thread. So what extensions are you using now?

Tab Mix Plus - enahced tab related configurability

Image Shack right-click - right click any image and rehost it on imageshack, super handy.

Adblock Plus - the definitive adblocking extension

Flashblock - blocks all flash obects, replacing them with a button to play. Makes pages load much faster. You can also configure sites to always allow flash on.

Drag de Go - Lets you configure all sorts of "gestures". For example, I have one setup for IMDB searches so if I highlight any text and gesture left, it opens a new tab with the IMDB search results. If I gesture up, it does a google search. [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] this extension

Text Size Toolbar - Adds 3 buttons to your toolbar for increasing/decreasing/restoring the font size of the current tab.

Nuke Anything Enhanced - Lets you right click > temp remove most anything on a page, e.g. an annoying animated gif while you're reading the page.

Duplicate Tab - adds a right click > duplicate tab option that preserves the history too.

I use a few others, but they are just geeky ones for web development.

This thread has been done before.

I'll mention this one again since I use them a lot doing light web development:

- Firebug - edit the DOM in real time
- Web Developer
- Live HTTP headers

- FoxyTunes (has itune options at the bottom of the browser)
- IE Tab (some webpages require IE tab features, this emulates them)

I use a bunch of different computers through out my day so

FoxMarks

Is great for me. Keeps your book marks synchronized between computers. Best way for me to send a link to myself from one computer to another.

Also I [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] FoxyTunes. Displays current track playing in iTunes as well as controls for play/pause/stop/next/etc and a link to look up the band on FoxyTunes Planet which is a dynamically built page with last.fm, pandora, wiki, youtube, etc content about the band that's currently play. FoxyTunes is great for when I have ffox up on one monitor and i'm playing poker on the other one and don't want to pull up iTunes (slow computer)

Aside from those mentioned:

Gmail Manager lets me keep track of when I have new mail.

Autocopy copies highlighted text. Highly configurable, so you can copy in plain text or formatted. Middle click will paste.

Linky - convert text links to clickable links.

not yet mentioned, I think:

downthemall
securelogin

And a new favorite of mine, Pearl Crescent Page Saver Basic. Allows you to save an image of an entire webpage as a jpg or png file. Example.
