He's saying this because the raiser can't be on the nut flush draw which is a very likely holding based on his play thus far. I'm still not sure I like a fold, could be a worse draw or other random hands. I would think a tag would reraise QQ there, I guess TT and 44 are very possible though. Tough spot, I would probably push and not like it a ton.
