Default NL10, KQ, top pair oop, bad river

Any advice welcome!

Villain and I know each other for 3 orbits. We have been playing for stacks, seeing a split pot, with the same low trips/high kicker hand. He has seen me in one other hand were I was daring rather than timid.
I have seen him fold to a preflop reraise. He is not a complete gambler, that much I can say. But he seems to be somewhat loose.

I wonder is my turn bet ok?

I didnīt like it when he called it.

I see no way how I can call the river. I need to be good 33% of the time to call. However, it bothers me, because it smells like the olī "you check - I push you off your hand - no matter what board" bluff. But then again this is how he played his recent strong hand.
