Default Party Poker Freezing

I'm running a Toshiba laptop with a intel dual core processor and about 1GB of DDR. I usually only play 2 tables and seems every 30 or 45 minutes Party Poker will just freeze completely . I then have to use CTRL ALT DELETE and end the program and reboot the software (which can't be all that good for the software). I never run any other programs when I'm playing so I"m wondering how to fix this problem. I know that you guys are gonna tell me to use the search. I have tried and can't find any results that contain material I'm looking for. All your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

This happens to me, 90% of the time when i open ONE table it crashes. It takes like 20 attempts to get all my tables open, and if mid session a game died i can forget about opening a new table....or else it just crashes and i manually have to find every game again.

I moved to stars solely because of this and have NFI how to fix it

I have no idea how to fix it, but have you tried contacting support? Maybe they have a solution.

When it comes to Party's Indians, then I think talking to a brick wall is usually more helpful...

This was happening to me too, but only after i closed party and reopened it. I find party works fine right after installing it, so i just uninstall/reinstall before every session. Very annoying, but at least it works.
