Help me convert

I am trying to convert a hand history using flop turn river’s converter tool, but I am having problems. Every time I try I get something that looks like this….

PokerStars (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of 10.
1 fold, UTG+1 raises, 3 folds, Hero raises, 3 folds, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 calls.

River: J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG+1 bets 700 (All-In),

Notice no pre flop stack sizes, bet sizes, or pot sizes. I’ve messed with the settings and tried different formats, but nothing gives me the output I see others posting. I am new at posting and I need your help.
