Raise More preflop cause you are OOP. Most times your beat here here. I'd check the river. Q fills up too many draws

My standard raise is to 1 preflop.

The rest of the hand is pretty standard.

I don't know. You have to good here about 30% of the time to profitably make this call. I think you'll see QT, Q9, KJ or some weirdly played set more often than that. So, I'll probably fold river. The rest is fine, although I prefer to raise to $1 preflop.

I think the river bet was fine, but I would definitely fold to the raise on the river. villian probably hit his straight or maybe caught two pair.
