Default 3bet pot w/ oesd on 3flushing turn

Vil is over 1,500 hands 23/13/3 w/ 82% cbet and folds BB 69%

This is the first 3bet pot I remember playing with him.

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $589.50
BB: $406.00
UTG: $354.40
Hero (BTN): $454.50

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $14.00</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $48.00</font>, BB folds, Hero calls $34.00

Flop: ($100) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $80.00</font>, Hero calls $80.00

Turn: ($260) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $122.00</font>

<font color="blue"> I think betting $122 here or something small will get raised by lots of single spade hands. My intention is to obviously call a shove. Thoughts?</font>

Raise/call flop.

I feel its unlikely this guy will ever 2 barrel air so floating is profitable because I can win on a lot of turns without the need to hit when he checks and I bet (bet sizing will obv differ than this turn).

Whereas by raising flop its fairly marginal with fold equity and his calling range imo.

The problem with this reasoning is that a lot of those single spade hands are overpairs. Betting with the intention of calling a shove seems spewy to me in this spot.
