anyway, tough spot...

is BB the type to make this c/3bet without a J - given his read on SB?

either way, pot is 12sb and it's 2 to you... holding As, I call the two and keep the SB in... without it I cap, bet a blank turn if checked to and check river through UI

what stakes was this played at? 50/1??

ps. my initial thought was easy fold.

No reads on BB? How does he adjust to sb? However i think this is a fold. SB can have a J or better or a draw and some worse hands like 77 or Ax, however BBs range should not contain a lot of draws and should be weighted to a J or better. Sure theres a chance sb has K9 ot 88 and BB has a flush draw or something like that but i dont think that scenario comes up all that often. Sb can cap or hit is str8 on the Turn and c/r etc.

If i have no reads on the BB id fold. If BB is the type of guy who raises QT or A4ss on this situation is harder but still sb can easily have a J. You also dont have the odds to draw to our 5 outer if behind and if some outs will be dead and if ur a head ur have a lot of cards that will put u in a tough spot.

Usually this would be a fold for me, though the situation you describe is one where I could see myself continuing on w/ the hand.

If you are going to continue I'd call the flop planning on a free showdown raise on the turn if it's a friendly card.

I'm at least seeing a turn card. Calling is best here imo. See what the lagtard does. IF he calls and it goes bet/raise on the turn I'm getting rid of it. Many different scenarios possible after either a call or cap by Hero, but I want to show this down reasonably. Either free showdown raise or calldown depends on action/turn card.

Anyway, this is above me, but my answer is call/see what happens. Interested to see the rest of the hand if Hero continued.

bb is solid and 3 bets, he should have the J or in freak cases a draw, eather way you're in a bad spot, I would fold here and wait for a better spot.

i don't have the As and it was 100/200.

someone asked about the bb. he's solid but v. aggro, this is 3 handed, sb is retarded and he knows that. i think it's close between calling and capping.

Not sure what your definition of solid is, but if it means "good and winning" then this statement is wrong.

I would call the flop, i don't like capping much, and reevaluate on the turn.
