uninstall redownload? Worked for my pokerev software

File -> Produce Video As -> Custom Production Settings -> WMV

I have no idea how to view this???

I am computerly challenged a little. I tried inputing the code it suggested and it just redirected me to the same page??

This could be awesome please explain.
