I did end up folding but I just feel that was kinda weak, he could have been making that bet with so many hands there, but being oop it didnt feel right to b/3b or c/c or c/r there.

I think you should bet 15$ here, not 10$. If you bet 15$ it's less likely that an opponent make a reraise with his 15 outer.
