Default Turn action against loose/passive type deep? Stars 200NL

Villain is 58/18/.9 over 100 hands and I've tangled with him repeatedly. He appears to be getting a little frustrated.

I would lead again. He is more likely on a flush draw. bet like ~$140 and fold to a raise.

Can you really fold to a raise there? Do we just believe him if he raises? Only thing he could have done is flop a set...unless he is really slowplaying kk or aa....I probably stack him off in this case if he is ahead.

What is there to debet? He is 58/18/.9. His stats tell me he is a passive donk. He either has a TT or some PP higher the 66. Keep betting .6-.8. You have him beat.
