StoxPoker Videos with delay on sound and freeze visual

I haven't used these videos for a while; but i tried recently, and the sound freezed every 5-10 seconds, the visual was either gone, or freeze at the start and never moved further.

I have tried with firefox and have deleted cookies etc.

I really would like to watch these vidoes; anyone konw what to do ?

couple suggestions.

1. increase your buffer size - if you internet connection is slow or our server is slow, this would help. For information on doing this email our support.

2. Try different videos and options, for instance, are you experiencing this problem with BOTH downloading AND streaming? are you experiencing it for multiple videos?

I have just mailed you about the "increase buffer size" thing.

I have also tried to download a video - but it download at 4 kb/sec so it gonna take me about 6 hours to download it !!! so that is not really an option.

I have a 5MB/s connection ?

It actually took up pace during the download - and it works fine; TY.

glad to hear. The downstream speed might have been on our end but whatever the reason, your streaming problem is definitely related to bandwidth speed. If you encounter the problem in the future my best advice is to set videos to download while away from your computer. You should not encounter this too often though.
