Default party poker account question

Hi, I asked the party support, but they did not answer.

So I have a party account. But I heard there is no restrictions how many accounts you make from the the same computer, from the same address ,from the same IP-address?

Is is true ?
And my brother can make an account at Party too, and I can play alone from my account, and he will not lose from my money ?

(it is a bit unbelieveable, because all other rooms say: just one account per household)

Thank you very much

Have had the same problem.

They just called and confirmed that my girlfriend and I was playing on our own accounts.

But it was just not possible to use the same credit card, to deposit and withdraw, although we have bankaccounts together.

Yeah it's fine, my bf and I have the same IP address and separate Party accounts, but we don't play on the same table so they don't think there's any collusion etc going on.
