100NL. No reads on villain.
Was I correct for deciding that I did not want to commit here and keeping the pot small? I realize that I am still ahead of a good part of his range on the turn, but I wanted to avoid the tough decision of having to decide what to do if villain decided to check-raise. I'm not thrilled with your betsizing.
4 PF, then 7 on flop. Bet/ fold turn, check behind river. |

gah. you certainly arent giving this guy much incentive to fold. $3 pf, $4 on the flop. are you dying to get outdrawn or something?
turn check looks ok. although id probably bet. this guy could have so many hands that you still beat, including single spade draws. id consider raising that weak river bettoo. doesn't look like an 8 or a 4 at all. |

You could definitely bet this turn for protection against another spade and for value if you know villain was a donkey. If you get raised, you probably would have an easy fold.
