Default ROI for non-turbo STG players

I have been wondering, what is a good ROI for those of us that don't play turbo's STG regularly, but regular blind structures?

The FAQ posts good suggestions for turbo players, but I assume for players like me it should be a little bit higher. Assuming that I play 10-minute blind level $50 9-handers and $30 HU tourneys, what sort of ROI should I be aiming for?

Thanks for any suggesstions!!

Suggestions:

1. Spell check.

2. Assume the position.

know 1 spels write in sttf -

no reason to be a dick here - he read the faq which is one step ahead of 99.99999% of all new posters.

as for suggestions - I'd say your roi SHOULD be higher if you have decent post flop play and a solid understanding of ICM as well.

But the standard response is learn to play turbos - your increase in tourneys per hour will translate into more $$/hour and make up for the slight loss in ROI

If you plan to play less (like a few tourneys a night) the regulars might be better for you

I've absolutely no clue as to what a good HU ROI is - maybe check the HU forum in 'Other Poker'

Well, for my style of play, I've found that my ROI is significantly higher in the regular STGs, and just single digits in the turbo's. I've been planning on playing as many 10-minute level STGs as I have time for on Stars, and am wondering if 20-25% at the $50 level is attainable over the long run, or out of the question?

Quite possible, but you would move up before that I would hope. Also, I wouldn't get down on myself if I was only attaining around a 10% ROI.
