Default Full Tilt, 5$/90, mid stage, 99 in BB, villain pushes with Q on flop

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t80/t160
7 players

Stack sizes:
UTG: t6125
UTG+1: t9610
MP1: t4200
CO: t6161
Button: t6907
SB: t10260
Hero: t8048

Pre-flop: (7 players) Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG calls t160 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t240)</font>, 4 folds, SB calls t80 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t400)</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to t800</font>, UTG calls t640 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t960)</font>, SB calls t640 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t1600)</font>.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (t2400, 3 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB is all-in t9460</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero ???</font>

I was about 10th of 35 remaining, avg. was 7k, SB showed no extraordinary activities before. The table was quite loose in general. I was taken to showdown with a bluff (A7o) before - which I won with highcard Ace (a complete donk doubled me up ).

What to do here? Is this often enough a flush-draw to call this? How often would this be a Q, JJ or TT? At least he overbet the flop nearly 4 times ... The remaining player was even more loose (about 40% VP$IP) so I wasn´t really scared of him ...

Unless I have a good read on villain, this looks like a fold. Best case scenerio he got a flush-draw, worst case he got a Q or a set. I've seen people overpush w/ strong made hands before hoping to get action so that's a possibilty. Also UTG is still behind you and could have a Q and be like "I got top purr aalliiin baby".
