Default Multiple Ebay Accounts

I have been buying on ebay for several years and have a good Feedback Score: 117/ Positive Feedback: 100% .

I have a bunch of stuff I want to sell but I am afraid of gettting "unjustified" bad feedback from a "problem" buyer and ruining my score.

Should I set up a second account just for selling?

Is that a good idea, is it against ebay rules?

Haha, WTF?

You do know that sellers don't give a crap about your feedback right? So, who does that leave that you would want to see your feedback?

no, hes still selling stuff, not buying. dont set up another account. what is the point of that? you dont want to screw up your feedback, so your not going to use that account anymore? people will trust you more if you actually have feedback. also, most buyers wont send bad feedback if there item is actually shipped. if i see multiple items on ebay, i look for the seller i can trust the most.

PiR, I think you misread either the OP or my post, he's just starting to sell. Buyers are the only group that care about feedback (aside from feedback in the -2 to 1 range).

yeah wtf? unless you are selling a picasso, nobody cares about feedback. the whole point is when you sell stuff, people want to know you're reliable.

so the trick is to buy a ton of those 10 cent email links, etc. and build up 1000 positive feedback all as a buyer, then list 50 xbox 360s and laptops for sale, take the money, and flee to mexico.

So I can have multiple accounts three or more for buying if I only sell on one?

Ebay started this new deal that if you're feedback drops that you're not going to be able to sell as much and so on so I don't want to take a chance with it.

You can get a new account, but it's completely pointless. Sellers don't have a reason to care about feedback because buyers always send first. Most buyers understand that unjustified negatives happen, and won't fault you or avoid your lots because one or two douchebags thought it'd be fun to screw you over.
