Default 100nl, mid pair v tag

Villain is 22/17/3.7 So far he's played straightforwardly against me. Is this a standard betting spot on the turn? Also, should I be raising this flop? At the time I didn't want to build a big pot against an UTG raiser. But now I'm unsure on the best play here.

Absolute Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $148.50
Hero: $209.57
Button: $218
SB: $153.15
BB: $138.10

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is CO with 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG raises to $4, Hero calls, Button calls, 2 folds.

Flop: 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($13.5, 3 players)
UTG bets $11, Hero calls, Button folds.

Turn: Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($35.5, 2 players)
UTG checks.

you are WAWB but need to protect your hand from overs. It only needs to be a small bet/fold of perhaps 1/2 pot

looks like his cbet went wrong and hes given up, or hes planning to cr a monster (say QQ) either way a bet of 2/3 the pot should end the hand here when you fold if raised.

Totally agree with the above. And I like your flat-call on the flop (unless he's seen you do the "call flop/bet turn" thing numerous times already). I think 7/10 times, this is a guy who CB'd and is now tapping out.

This annoys me, if we need ot protect our hand then it's not wa/wb. See the wa/ab thread.

actually in this situation i think it might be accurate. cause i dont know WHICH overs he might have. so even if im 3:1, a lot of rivers could provide good bluffs for villain.

Check behind, you're WAWB. Even more so if you think theres a chance he'll fire a bullet on the river, snap call any non K/A river?
