Looking at your showdown stats, you're not running bad, you're running godly.....and you're a calling station.

There is no way that 100nl is aggressive enough for these stats to ever be anything other than marginally profitable long term imo.

I don't know what your b/r situation is but if you can do it you might try playing raise or fold poker for like 2,000 hands. If necessary move down to 50nl for those hands. It will give you a better idea of hand values, the value of aggression and the spots in which aggression pays off. Then move back up and incorporate what you've learned into your game. 19/16/3 will feel like nothing.

Could be way off, but based on stats I would guess you are running above expectation.

Your WTSD% should be at least like 5% lower ... you can accomplish that by firing the turn a lot more

Before we all get you looking way too much on the postflop stuff, you have some serious problems preflop.

Your VPIP at least 5% too low. Something in the mid 20's is probably about right. A VPIP this low will get exploited at NL100.

Your pfr is at least 5-7% too low. This should be in the 17-20ish range. Any intelligent player would note this and not give you much action preflop.

Although there has been a lot of discussion recently about VPIP form sb, yours is probably 10% or so low. Open up your game here and complete more often if it is limped to you.

I don't have my numbers in front of me but you Att To Steal Blinds is way low. Should be at least 30% and probably higher.

Your VPIP/PFR ratio is also a bit off. It should be more like 25/20 or 23/18 or so. Having a ration of 19/12 means you are limping too much and not raising enough.

OK... Once you have fixed this, lets move onto postflop.

As stated below, your wtsd is terribly high. Mine is about 20 but I think something in the 20-23% range is probably about right. 29 is way too high.

Accordingly your w$ at SD is too low. This should be more in the mid 50%.

Post hands and good luck.

OK OK OK the VPIP comment was bad. Please disregard. 19 is OK, but I think that 23-25 is better. If you are going to play to a 19VPIP you should have a >14 pfr right?

i think the VPIP and VPIP/PFR ratio is more about what style you are going to play. the OP strikes me as (once refined alittle) a std TAG player... if he raises his VPIP he'll be way outside that.

Also SMS i think if you are going to have a 19VPIP, then a 14+ PFR is what will get exploited... that would mean he's limping almost never. not saying you should limp all time obv but a PFR all the time isnt right either.

i personally play 25/9.5/2.5 @ .5/1... obv i'm not a tag tho.
