Monitor as a TV and a TV as a monitor
Is it better to buy a TV and use it as a monitor and a TV or buy a monitor and use it as a monitor and a TV? They make so many adapters and converters it doesn't seem like it will be a problem getting anything hooked up.

Monitor as a TV is much better. TV's are nice and big but the resolution isn't nearly as good as a monitor, if you ever want to do anything with text they suck. TV's are good monitors for video games. Get the Dell 30" monitor, it's a great TV as long as you aren't a size queen.
