You're bluffing into a maniac, what was his AF? Play is bad, you're probably up against a full house here. Smallish bets on the flop and turn, I don't like it. Depending on his AF, I may or may not lay this one down. Though he could have top pair and think that he just caught up to your flopped 2 pair, but at 40/7, he's probably not thinking about your cards all that much. I'm most likely calling this donk.

Getting 2:1 I call. Your trips only have to be good 33% of the time.

FWIW, I don't like the turn bet.

He didn't flop two pair. EDIT:: I see what you mean. Villain is putting him on top two pair.... Gotcha.

Call. I think he has top pair here often.

Mike, I'm thinking at the 3rd level here, "What does the villain think we have." It's a normal process that everyone should go through.

Edit: Cool, thanks! Sry for the flame...

Don't really know what you were trying to do on the flop or turn, but as played, I guess you have to call the river getting 2:1. With his stats he could have hit some kind of J6 2 pair or something. Or maybe his a maniac and is on a complete bluff.

You will often lose, but with those odds, you will win enough.

Not sure about everyone else, but 40/7, multiway limped pot, is main reason i'm against firing 2 barrels.

I like the bets. Maniacs miss this flop 2/3s of the time just like everyone else. Turn bet is iffy, I think

I hope you Doyle Brunson'd this guy.
