Right. He limped UTG which does include hands that now boated up, but he's loose/bad so they dont make up all of his range, also it seems probable that he'd raise me on the turn with a set or 76. So I think trips like or some sort of weird other hand makes up a larger portion of his range than 33,66,77,76 but anyway

How about:
C/C > C/R > B/F > B/C > C/F

i cant imagine checking as the best option here. villain is an idiot and hasnt shown any aggression. that river doesnt bother me until villain does something crazy.

Bet $30, fold to anything but a miniraise unless villain is bad enough to shove with a naked 7. If he is, then I'm not sure what the hell I do.

What hands are we maximizing value/minimizng losses vs by B/F here?

If he has a 7 he will always call or raise if I bet obv, but he will always bet it if I check aswell. 89 might bluff if I check. Weird hands like A6, 55 prob doesnt call or bet. With no reads I dont think he thinks enough about my range not to overvalue a naked 7 by pushing here, but if he's an idiot he might which means I lose a lot if I B/F
