Default HU 2/4 vs LAG, TPTK getting raised

Villian is playing fairly loose. His 3betrange pre is wide; he most certainly 3bets all pairs over sixes, sometimes suited connectors but not always, and obviously big cards as AQ, KQ etc.
He's raising CB-bets with air, draws, second pair kinda hands, TP's, monsters and is not afraid of 2 barreling.
My image is fairly LAGish, but somewhat tighter then villian's.

We're obviously playing for stacks here, but what's the best line? if you choose just to call, on what turns do you close down?

Stack sizes:
Hero: $482.10
BB: $404.20

Pre-flop: (2 players) Hero is SB with :9d :ad
Hero raises to $12, BB calls.

Flop: :9h :8h :2c ($26, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $22, BB raises to $70</font>, Hero?

I can't see anything but a call here really.

And on what turns are you folding to a bet? he will bet on turn a large % of the time.

If your read of his range is correct you're ahead 99% so I just get it in on the flop. Calling and pushing the turn might be decent, in that case I'm only shutting down if the turn is Jh or Th.

to what amount are you 3betting? something smallish like 170 so he might think he got some FE pushing with a draw (might make him call sometimes though), or are you just making it ~250 so he got no option but to fold or move in?

That's pretty read dependant, any villain with half a brain should that if we 3-bet this flop we're not folding. Some just don't get that though. I'm more inclined to make it 220-250, making it 170 would give him almost 3:1 immediate.
