Re: I Think He Is Trying To \"See Where He Is At\"
Doesn't villain check a lot of turns?
I think I like calling and donking the turn. |

Re: I Think He Is Trying To \"See Where He Is At\"
Why exactly are we trying to get all in here?
Personally I call, bet 1/2 pot on the turn and same if not a little less on the river. Assuming no more diamonds hit the boad and the turn and river are essentially blanks. |

Re: I Think He Is Trying To \"See Where He Is At\"
I usually call. If he bets big on turn on this board, not sure if I like crai. Donking seems ok, but how much? I like 1/2 pot fold to raise. If he calls this I probably check hoping for free showdown at river, but I'm probably c/calling turn depending on bet size.
W/ him being 25/5/2 and betting pot on turn I could probably fold too. |

Re: I Think He Is Trying To \"See Where He Is At\"
I don't know if he's trying to see where he's at - you also see guys raising their flushes here to build a pot on the flop and of course he could be making a free card play as well. I call the flop raise, thinking his range is something flushes, aces with a FD, A no FD, dry Kd.
On the turn, I typically check again. Leading into a flush often gets called and then you're in a huge pot on the river without a clear picture of where you're at. I check and call smaller bets and check/fold if he bets close to pot. I like a turn c/r all in against guys who never take free cards for their draws on the turn - but without a better read I hold off against this guy. |
