I think this is HUHU and he's OOP? If so I think betting the flop is pretty transparent, but if he's not the type to fight for his right it might be aight.. If he checked to you then go for it.

on wpex 5-10, when they check, they have it, when they bet, they don't have it

I'm guessing you are getting raised on this turn about 95% of the time, and seeing how the pot is 1BB when it's your turn to act on the turn, I'd just c/f.

If he had bs, he'd raise PF, or bet the flop.

On the turn oop you should bet it . The fact that he checked the flop decreases the likelihood that you will get raised or called . Not to mention that you also have outs which may even include a 5 or a 7 .
