I'm probably leading the flop for $10 and calling a push. I don't think villain bets in this spot very often after being 3bet preflop.

River is a fold as played.

I'm betting this flop almost every time.

I think betting here gets raised/called by worse hands a good amount of the time with opponents figuring your just c-betting with two big cards. I have found myself winning some nice pots by being aggressive on these flops where lots of players like to bluff with two big cards. You will get called/re-raised by smaller pairs and the occasional AK/AQ. Giving a possible free card to a hand like AK isn't going to make you any more $$$ on the hand than betting the flop will.

Your sample size of his hands is too small to have his 0% pfr mean anything significant, so this could easily be 67s as AA.

I think a bet on the flop is the best play. Too many people use the check raise WAY too often. The check-raise should be about 5-10% of your arsenal at the most. Be aggressive and take down pots - especially at this level.

I think a flop check is okay only if you don't think they won't call a bet or two with JJ-99 here.

I don't even think that check/call is all that bad here. All you are giving a free card to is a hand with an A or a K, you don't really have to worry about much else. AK has the most outs against you = 6 and and A or K is only going to come 13.33% of the time on the turn. If he has AQ, AJ, KQ, KJ, then you only risk him drawing out on you 6.67% of the time and it may be well worth it if he catches a Q or J on the turn you could get his whole stack.

Your goal should be to get weaker hands to pay you off and to give weaker nonpaired hands a chance to catch up some. All you really worry about is an A or K coming off and if one does come, then we ought to try to get to a cheap showdown.

b/f for $9 on the flop most of the time. If he calls then CRAI most turns.

You can't bet/fold this flop when his raising range will include 99-JJ. Some of them will even be raising you with 77 and 66 here after putting you on AK.
