You just flat called the flop to over bet shove the turn... hmm. I would be tempted to look you up with any pair. EDIT: which would make this a great play with say AA.

What legitemate hand takes this line?

Meh, I like floats as much as the next guy and I guess as soon as you call the donk you have to push the turn.

But given that he's thinking, knows you are as well and knows your not RR light pf, I think he's looking to get it in when he donks the flop more often than he's looking to get a fold from a tight range on a rag flop. So I might just fold to the donk this time (I feel dirty writing it, but I think it's reasonable).

I think your line looks pretty FOS. Given his weak lead I jam the flop here and hope hes good enough to muck a medium pair. JJ/QQ likely push preflop and I don't think he plays KK/AA this way.

There might be some fold equity in the way of him tossing like 89s,910s if you push the flop but guys don't give you much credit here.

so your saying he puts me on an overpair if i push, but air if i call? that doesn't seem right vs a thinking player.

also allin is not overbet, its for almost = pot.

150 blinds+900PF+800flop=1950. you're betting 3400... not following. Wouldn't we make a smaller bet, to get all the money in on the river, giving him odds. If we had monster.

Obviously you played this hand based on past history and it's very player dependant. I can't see anyone saying this is a great line, without having your past experiences. Not saying that it isn't. But I don't think we can accurately guess what level of thinking you two guys are playing at. etc. etc.

He will probably instacall you with 88+ as this looks like AK 90% of the time. A monster would check behind.

On the other hand...I've seen so many calls and "I've put you on AK" chats, that I might do just that next time I have a monster.
