Default Moving to Full Tilt, want to make sure I do it right

I've searched around on this, but am still a little unclear. Just want to make sure. I have three questions:

For the 100% bonus, does that happen automatically no matter what or is there a bonus code you have to use?

Does it matter which rakeback site I use? Is rakebacks.com decent?

Is there some way in which the 100% bonus and rakeback conflict and is there a way to get around that? If so how?

I'm pretty sure you've gotta pick between the two. (Obviously pick rakeback)

This is because you're required to type one bonus code in, and since you have to choose one for rakeback and one for the bonus code, you can't have both.

When I signed up on FTP with rakeback, I was automatically given a bonus that took FTP points to clear. This was a long time ago, but I suspect you get the bonus they advertise if you sign up with rakeback or not. Obviously go with the rakeback.

i used rake the rack and got both the bonus and the rakeback, i dont know if it varies on the site or not you use for rakeback, but i think you can get both.

Ditto. I kind of doubt whether it's possible to NOT get the bonus. Start with the rakeback site and follow their instructions, to ensure the rakeback, because that's the easier part to get hosed on if you start out wrong. The bonus should follow automatically.

The "bonus" is a deposit bonus, where you get an equal amount of money as your first deposit, up to $600. To "earn" this money you have to accumulate player points.

To get rakeback you must sign up with an affiliate. I use rakereduction and they are terrific. There is no choosing between bonus and rakeback, you can get both.

The only issue is that your cleared bonus will be subtracted from your MGR, so your rakeback will accumulate very slowly until you finish your bonus. There is no way around it.

You will get good answers to any rakeback questions by posting in the affiliates/rakeback forum.
